Unbundled legal services, also known as “customized client services” or “limited scope representation” are when an attorney and a client agree that the attorney will perform some, but not all, aspects of the client’s legal matter. Limited scope representation can be a good solution if you would prefer to divorce without a lawyer, but still want some legal help through the process.

With unbundled legal services the client is responsible for handling any and all aspects of his or her own case for which the attorney has not been retained. This allows the client to choose the level and scope of representation they desire, and provides predictable control over the cost of various legal services.

The Law Shop Minnesota can help you with services ranging from advice on a single issue or drafting of a document, up to comprehensive representation throughout your legal matter. To learn more about the legal services we offer, contact TLSMN to schedule a Law Shop Evaluation.
